Overall Satisfaction with Xero

I use Xero to invoice clients on a monthly/quarterly basis (very much dependent on the project we are doing with them. As someone who is not on the admin side, I just input the data regarding amount and scope of project while my backend admin team helps verify the information

Pros

  • I like that the taxes are calculated accurately
  • I like the fact that invoice titles get saved (helps with the monthly invoice creation for regular clients)
  • I like that it can be accessed by different parts of my team without hassle

Cons

  • Maybe it would be good to have a guide on how to use it for first timers - in my case my colleague taught me
  • Maybe a help button to understand what the different options mean (like LANS LANS2 etc
  • Maybe a prompt to remind me to send invoice at the end of the month
  • Definitely a lot of time saved for quick invoicing
