Overall Satisfaction with Xero

We have used the software for the accounting. It provides us the reliable way to perform all the accountancy related tasks. It has easy way to generate the Invoice, Credits, Stock Management, Estimations etc. It has very extensive way to record the expenses via account code. It is one of the best accountancy software.

Xero has very well UI and provides the easier way to interact to everything. They provide the easier way to verify and generate the invoices, credit notes, memos. Inventory changes and reviews are very easy. Although due to lot of features it seems very bulky, even with that UI is good.
It is very good. I did not have to spend the money on hardware or servers. The administrative cost is also saved due to same. It provides access anytime and anywhere due to this. It has faster month end closing option. It increased the productivity of the team and allows easy scalling.
We have integrated it with WooCommerce and it was generating the invoices very well from the customer's orders. The inventory was maintained very well based on order status and the refunds where handled easily via generating the credit notes. So overall it was very good option for us to integrate the same.
  • QuickBooks Commerce
Quick books is also the similar kind of service but it does not provide the extensive API support that Xero provides. Also, the cost of QB is higher than Xero. UI of QB is also not that good like the Xero, Xero has very well UI standards then the QBO.

If the requirement is not for the negative inventory like backorders, Xero is very well suited accountancy software. They provide very extensive APIs to integrate it to the third party softwares. It has mass user base that can help. Their customer support is also very good, they provide the response promptly.
