Overall Satisfaction with Brightmine
Brightmine provides me with guidance and insights on updates to employment law, and great summaries of tribunal outcomes. My role requires that I keep our colleague representatives up to date with changes in employment law, and develop them with insight from tribunal cases. The pay and bonus insights and trends are also valuable to me in my conversations with the business as well as helping our colleague representatives understand the wider picture.

By providing very timely updates and sending alerts on those updates, it ensures our policies do not fall behind
It is used across our HR and ER function for guidance and because Brightmine is very quick to cover updates in law, that ensures we keep up to date with the changing landscape
HR Grapevine provides 'chewing gum' updates that pander to mass media type headlines with zero real substance. Brightmine on the other hand sticks to expert insight on core subjects.
