Overall Satisfaction with XpertHR
I have used XpertHR in the business since I joined in 2009. The product covers a wide range of HR tools. Mainly, I use the site for law updates to ensure I am keeping my CPD up to date. I also frequently make use of the Legal Advice which is quick and user friendly to access. I also frequently use the site for document templates. These cover every topic that you can think of needing in HR from policies to template letters. You can easily edit and adapt them to your needs but, they take the time and effort away from needing to draft them from scratch and gives you the confidence you are compliant. I often engage with the surveys as the benchmark data is fantastic for KPI's and assessing business performance against the market place. My only feedback is the search function can be clunky but, there are ways round this in terms of process work flows so you can always find a way to easily source the information you need. As a HR professional I would highly recommend XpertHR!

XpertHR means that we can react to change driven by legal updates and case law quickly and efficiently. This ensures that we are compliant at all times. The legal updates ensure that I am educated as a HR professional and therefore the advice I am providing is accurate and fair.
We regularly review KPI's such as absence, turnover, HR ratio's etc. We are able to develop our HR strategy around trends that impact the business. We use the data contained within XpertHR to benchmark ourselves and develop strategies around this. I would not suggest XpertHR goes beyond what I have already stated for compliance.
I've not used many other systems in my career other than free resources. I frequently use HR Ninja's to seek advice and offer advice. That platform offers a collaborative HR community approach and is highly valued. CIPD do also offer limited guidance but, XpertHR feels more comprehensive as a one stop shop for all needs.
