Overall Satisfaction with Brightmine
I love Brightmine! It is my go to platform for all my ER cases when I am unsure. Even when I am sure, I will use Brightmine to confirm my understanding. The vast amount of information is great and all user friendly. The search functions are incredibility helpful and I would recommend to all businesses, no matter the size.

It has ensured all our processes and policies that are mandatory are complete and up to date
I am in a new role with a new employer and Brightmine is what they use here. I didn't select Brightmine however I find there is a lot more resources
