Overall Satisfaction with Brightmine
We use it to strengthen our HR resource and capacity. As a small local charity, we have not the resource to buy in our own HR resource nor have we found a complete HR solution that is right for us - either in terms of the 'bits' we want or at the price we feel appropriate. Brightmine helps us build our own system with the templates and pro forma that we would otherwise not have time to R&D ourselves.

Extremely helpful to our various quality assurance processes in having sample policies in areas that we are missing.
It alerted us to the fact that we need to issue contracts from day 1 and the asociated changes.

We use both these together - Brightmine provides the complex legal policy framework and documents, whilst Breathe provides the functionality that enables us to put them into practice.
