Overall Satisfaction with XpertHR

XpertHR is used as a resource for the HR team. It provides good detail on HR subjects and additional resources such as training presentations and template letters. The content is relevant to people working in various areas across HR, including Learning & Development, Policy Development, and Employee Relations. It provides ready access to reliable information and documents that are easy to download and ready to use.

  • Integration with other systems e.g. Microsoft Teams to provide easier access.
  • PowerPoint presentations updated to be fully accessible.
  • Provide eLearning templates.
  • More efficient use of research time.
  • Reduced course development time.
  • Increased professionalism of HR service.
The employment law and other email alerts are helpful prompts to relevant colleagues (who have signed up for these alerts) to log in and take a look. Just the alerts themselves are valuable at an individual and HR team level as they promote awareness, which in turn prompts conversations.
XpertHR is a resource that empowers HR teams by providing ready access to information (knowledge is power!) My organization has provided access to the whole HR team, so there are no hierarchical barriers to accessing high-quality information, so colleagues at every level can ensure legal considerations and good practices are incorporated into their activities.
CIPD resources are well-researched with citations and links to external research and provide valuable insights to HR professionals. The difference with XpertHR is the very practical nature of resources, particularly template letters and draft policies that can be put to use with very little time needed to adapt them to incorporate organizational variations.

XpertHR is well suited to providing a good starting point for introducing a new policy or reviewing an existing one. The content organization helps reduce the risk of overlooking relevant considerations. A section on Trending topics provides a helpful prompt to keep current on current issues. The regular email alerts are sound, too, flagging up new resources.
