Overall Satisfaction with Yext
Yext is used by our organization for both our own purposes, but we are also a reseller. It is recommended with every client we work with to address their directory listing inconsistencies and help with their SEO. We have some clients for which we also monitor reviews but the primary purpose is listing cleanup, particularly for businesses that have moved or changed names/ownership.
- Updating directory listings in one fell swoop
- Allows for a lot of data for each listing to be entered
- Duplicate suppression is a very handy tool

We've looked at Brightlocal but Yext is more robust and seems to have better overall reviews.
