Overall Satisfaction with Yooz

I control the accounts coding with the amounts of invoices that are already uploaded into Yooz. I export and download a group of invoices in one entry. That way, I save time instead of posting each invoice in the accounting system.

Pros

  • identify the supplier details
  • search for an invoice number aged maximum 12 months by a click
  • 1 second is the period in export and in download
  • avoid invoice duplication

Cons

  • Yooz assistance is always standby
  • Yooz OCR reading is incredible. It identify all invoice features at once.
  • Yooz is always on the way to learn and improve, based on customer's request
  • it stores a copy of original invoices of a year, no matter how you can imagine, which can be pulled in a second
  • it allows search by vendors name and too many other filters
  • I don't hold hard copy anymore. I gain inventory space in the warehouse, that is softly handled
Yooz is reliable, trusted, smart, user friendly, helpful in accounting and control fields
PDF is too much slow in OCR reading, comparing to Yooz. you can't compare it even.

It's a large database where a year of vouchers and movements are stored, and it allows to view an image of the original invoice in a second. It raises a flag where a duplicate invoice# appears
