Overall Satisfaction with Yooz

I use Yooz as a purchase order creator and to receive goods. It helps streamline the process and reduce labor related to our AR team. Yooz helps drive efficiency and has helped tremondously versus our manual PO receipts we were using prior to adopting Yooz.

Pros

  • Process visibility

Cons

  • Maybe a favorites tab for organizational units on capture
  • Helps save employee time by showing tasks, to-do lists etc
  • eliminates unknown delay in approval process by showing task owner
Yooz, after a few uses or less if you follow the training provided, has given our office a very simple and intuitive PO system, light years ahead of the pen and paper we had been using. This helps us focus our time on more critical tasks and eliminates (some) of the headaches felt by our accounting team!

As a buyer/one who creates PR/POs using Yooz, the application is very streamlined. We can see who is pending an action anywhere in the process, any comments or notes, and can even auto send the PO once approved to the vendor. This helps eliminate delays which cost our customer's satisfaction
