My Experience in Using Yooz for a Year
Overall Satisfaction with Yooz
We use the Yooz for accounts payable, Yooz helped us the streamline and automate the AP process and thus reduced time involved in approving and posting the invoices in our ERP. Yooz also helped us with PO based invoices by matching PO with invoices. It also helped us with audit as copies of invoices are available in Yooz together with full audit trail.
Pros
- We can easily send the invoices to right cost center for approval.
- It helped the accounting to review (final approval) before posting the invoice in ERP.
- Set-up cost center and approval hierarchy.
Cons
- Ability to send invoices to different cost center to approval
- Ability to make payments (complete AP system like SAP Concur)
- Reports (like AP accrual reports, pending invoices report) Right now there is no reports in Yooz.
- Reduce the time for approval by more than 50% (positive)
More reporting and east to setup process
