Overall Satisfaction with Zenefits

We are using it across the entire company. It's phenomenal at tracking all employees with their time off, connecting it to apps, and using the organizational chart for tracking the entire company. [It has a] simple UI, and is easy to use. It works well for individuals, managers, and directors.

Consider it an option when you need something like this.
  • Super simple UI.
  • Ability to track time off, link it to Google Calendar, and know where everyone in the company is.
  • Good, solid web app, iPhone app.
  • When recording time off, it would be great to link that deeper to the calendar so you know the hours a person is in/not in.
  • Deeper integration with ADP or other payroll services for functionality.
  • Streamlined the process for backoffice tooling.
For tracking all employees, their time off feature with Google Calendar app is great.
