Overall Satisfaction with Zenefits

Zenefits is used across our entire organization to manage benefits (healthcare, vision, dental, commuter plans), store employee information (documents, I-9 proof, etc.), and help employees learn more about various HR policies and procedures (paid time off, team reporting, etc.). It also integrates with our payroll provider to ensure employees get paid accurately and on time.

Zenefits is extremely well-suited for small-business customers looking for a super simple web platform that can automate a large part of their HR needs (payroll processing, documentation and regulatory compliance, as well as hourly employee time recording and paid time off management).
