Overall Satisfaction with Zenefits
Zenefits was being used throughout our entire org since we did not have an HR/Benefits person at the time. It allowed us to enroll in health insurance, eye insurance, very basic personal information. All new employees and existing would go on it to make changes to their benefits. It solved the lack of not having a dedicated HR/Benefits individual.
- Zenefits is extremely easy to use.
- It guides you through the entire benefit enrollment process.
- The iOS app is also very clean and simple.
- The software itself is very basic, it only does a fraction of the things a similar software, Namely, does.
- The iOS app is very bare-bones. You really can't do anything, just search for people.
- It should include org charts, time off requests, payroll information, reports, etc.
- Replaces a benefits specialist
- Ability to store the most basic information of an employee

Namely blows Zenefits out of the water!!!! Seriously, I've used both. Unlike Zenefits where I only touch it once a quarter, I tend to go into Namely every day to see birthdays, work anniversaries, paystub reports, etc.
The iOS app for Namely is also leaps and bounds better than Zenefits. I can do many of the same features on my phone, unlike Zenefits.
