Overall Satisfaction with Zenefits

Zenefits is fantastic. We use it for onboarding all our new employees. We track hours and time off with it. We even track what T-Shirt size our employees need. Every employee is connected to Zenefits, keeping all employee data organized and in one place.

I could not imagine running an HR department with Zenefits.
  • Tracking vacation time and requests.
  • Can track basically any employee personal data - like a CRM for your employees.
  • Keeps record of corporate structure and directories.
  • Company has an iffy history of late. But it has not effected the performance of the software.
  • Price adds up quickly, but worth it.
  • At 5-15 bucks a month per employee, it's an immediate ROI.
  • Organized from day 1.
  • Great way to track employee info.
Zenefits is easy to use and scales incredibly well. ADP was garbage [from] day one. We got our money back. Too bleak and hard to understand.
We never bought TriNet, but it felt like it would be hard to make it scale. [It was] a little bland, and Google Sheets seemed like a better option.
BamooHr is an ok option, but all in all, we prefer zenefits. It's not as easy to understand, but BambooHR is similar.
I think any company that intends to have corporate growth will be glad that they have Zenefits. It scales along with you. Not suggested for mom and pop shops, or anywhere that doesn't rely too heavily on tech. We have an HR team, but the CEO loves to make sure that he maintains a healthy relationship with his team. Zenefits has his back.
