Overall Satisfaction with Zenefits
Zenefits is used Company wide. The main problem it addressed for us, was the onboarding process.
- Onboarding has become a breeze!
- Employees like that they can log in and see their benefits, employee documents, PTO all in one portal.
- HR compliance tools have really helped our company
- Payroll function--we used for 7 months and then Zenefits dropped us because we operate in Alabama. We were told that Zenefits will sync with a paryoll service, we signed up for said payroll service---it syncs about 70% of the time.
- No performance management tools
- The cost keeps increasing!
- It has helped out ROI by employee retiention
