Overall Satisfaction with Zenefits
Zenefits was previously being used at my company as a system to track time cards (to punch in and out and to track hourly employee's hours for the pay period.). It was also used to keep track of our benefits information such as paid time off, health care and 401K options.
- Very easy system to clock in and out for hourly employees.
- Easy to request time off and keep track of vacation and sick hours.
- Easy to use paystubs and to view multiple weeks.
- There could be room for improvement in the interface of the site, how users are interacting with it.
- They could use better customer service when problems do occur.
- Not feasible for very large companies as a means of HR.
- For a short time zenefits worked well for our company for hourly employees to track their times and pay.

Currently we switched to ADP because it offers more growth opportunity for our HR needs. ADP simplifies requesting time off, viewing pay stubs, clocking in and out with the option of doing it by location. It also makes uploading company policy documents and making sure everyone in the company reads the updated policies much simpler.
