Overall Satisfaction with Zenefits

We use Zenefits for all of our payroll, time tracking and time off tracking

Pros

  • Accurate Payroll
  • Flexible setup and very user friendly
  • Files all payroll tax returns for you for free
  • Great price

Cons

  • Sometimes takes a while to get a hold of someone in support
  • Payroll

  • They help us keep our costs down and save us from spending too much time on payroll
Zenefits is my favorite payroll provider. I have used them all (ADP, Zenefits, Gusto, Intuit Payroll etc etc) and none compare in terms of features and price.
