Overall Satisfaction with ZeroBounce
We use ZeroBounce to validate email IDs of our target prospects. The business problem the product addresses is weeding out bad contacts/bad emails from our outreach emails which improves deliverability, reduces bounce rate. Additionally we then check for new companies for those prospects and update email IDs accordingly. Scope of use case is limited to marketing and sales emails.
Pros
- Detailed description of why a particular email ID is bad
- Larger database of emails
- Integration with Salesforce
Cons
- It should tie up with database vendors like ZoomInfo and Apollo
- There still lie a majority of "catch-all" emails which need to be reduced to either valid or invalid emails
- Pricing could be improved for SMBs trying to scale up
- Better contact accuracy
- Reduced bounce rate
- Better domain score and reputation
ZeroBounce has been fairly accurate in filtering out unwanted email addresses. But sometimes there is a time lag - Once a prospect leaves the company, they keep the domain active - so in such case ZeroBounce will say this is a valid email ID - fair point but they should add an indicator like prospect moved out of the company.
Yes, ZeroBounce has continuously protected our data securely. They are ISO certified and ensure the PII are not exposed. They have the security measures in place and our GRC team also did some due dligence on the platform to ensure they are compliant. The data encryption and decryption happens very securely.
ZeroBounce has better brand value and brand recognition compared to competitors in market. NeverBounce may still do a little better compared to ZeroBounce just because its a ZoomInfo company and has ZoomInfo data to back it up. Pricing need to be improved. Still we chose ZerBounce because it was best in business for email validation.
