Overall Satisfaction with Ziflow

It is used across the organization. We and our clients use it for online proofing and it's part of our workflow. [The] problem it solves - instead of having vague feedback on the print, digital, and video ads thanks to this tool we can have specific feedback marked and documented for the production team to work on.

Best suited for the following reasons - Online proofing, compare/auto compare with previous versions, create workflows - the proofs are not shared and the next stage doesn't open up until and unless everything is approved on one stage (based on the settings applied for the workflow), marking specific areas of the ad/proof/document to get the corrections done, tagging people and take instant feedback on the proofs, activity log for all the clicks on a particular ad/proof, everything gets stored in a single folder which makes it easier for the team to sift through the proofs for review.
