Overall Satisfaction with Ziflow
Our core business is funeral stationery, with very tight turnaround times. We work with a wide range of customers and abilities, including those who use us regularly and those who only use us once. Workflow with a clear audit trail is essential, as is a user-friendly and intuitive platform that can be easily understood without experience or training. Historically we have dealt with faxes and emails, with all the scribbles and waffly notes trying to explain what clients want to change on a proof. What we needed was a system where clients could easily point at the required amendment and type a quick comment. Easier for the client, easier for us, and essential for prompt turnaround times. Ziflow covers all these bases and is central to coordinating up to 50+ proofs per day.

Ziflow is very similar to ProofHQ, which we used previously. ProofHQ lacked development in later years and could not be accessed on many devices. Ziflow is a forward-thinking company focused on development. Most importantly, it provided our customers with the best user experience. We are only beginning to discover the many tools available to us.
