A good friend for paperless proofing

After the pandemic, our company decided to work remotely, so we [needed] software to keep our approving process. At [the] beginning, we were just sending Adobe pdf for approval, but it was too messy if it [had] a few versions, especially when we were working on some big project, too [much] back and forth. Then our company decided to [use] Ziflow instead. It's such [a] useful tool and it works really well! On [the] Ziflow website, the user can decide who to share the proof with, who to approve it, [or] who can review it by managing all the versions. My favorite function is: Ziflow can help the reviewers compare different versions on the same page [and] you can easily tell the differences without any difficulty. Ziflow has sent us emails to announce updates from time to time, [it's] really practical for us to know the new features. Our company has been using Ziflow for one year and a half (almost 2 years), and we will keep using it because even when we go back to the office, Ziflow has [become] part of our workflow. Using this paperless approval website also helps to keep the earth green.
