Overall Satisfaction with Ziflow

The design team uses and relies on Ziflow on a daily basis for colleagues to comment on proofs. We have five user accounts and 20+ colleagues using it as well as some external suppliers. We use it for publishing assets, from book covers, internals, catalogues, social media graphics, etc.

This is a simple piece of software to use, little data to enter, and you can drag and drop your content. There is a short video to introduce you to the tools. However, you don't really need this; the functions are fairly intuitive. There are regular, welcome updates to the software. The tagging function can be very useful to highlight a comment, question, or concern to another user.
Simpler to communicate and collate all feedback together with version control. This reduces the number of times artwork has to circulate, and the fact that everyone can see each other's comments live and with daily updates (if you wish) is great. This has saved time, reduced the possibility of errors, and ensures all feedback is seen by other users to be commented on if they wish.

This software is brilliant and saves so much time. We previously used a similar product which was fine, but nothing in comparison to this. Great for marking-up designs for book covers and other publishing assets. I would highly recommend this software for any sort of mark-up use, from both small teams and much larger ones, for use internally and for use with clients or suppliers.
