Overall Satisfaction with Ziflow

Ziflow is currently being used by the design team at MRM Global to enable them to share their work both internally and externally with clients. With the pandemic changing what working life now looks like, it allows the designers to share their work with other employees and receive clear and direct feedback. The team is also using it to proof out designs to clients all across the globe in multiple different languages.

Ziflow has increased the rate at which orders are approved and sent to print. Before Ziflow, all feedback and designs were shared via email. This process was confusing and resulted in slow turnaround times. With Ziflow implemented into the proofing process, feedback is now clear and concise and orders are completed faster than ever.
With the pandemic forcing everyone to work from home, Ziflow has been critical to the design team's ability to work collaboratively and support each other. The team [is] able to share their work with their other members of the design team for support and their line managers for feedback.

Ziflow is well suited for proofing print designs/documents safely and securely. Preventing the material from being captured before payment or sent to the wrong client. It also ensures that the required stakeholders are always included in the proofing process and exposed to the proof at the correct time. Where Ziflow struggles is when dealing with clients that aren't able or willing to learn a new process or software. Although the software is easy to use from a reviewer's point of view it requires a shift from the norm that some clients are accustomed to in how designs are received and feedback provided.
