Overall Satisfaction with Ziflow
We love to use Ziflow in our Company. Ziflow helps us with all the design, video, and live website proofs. It can be very detailed when it comes to getting client feedback or our QA's and QC's. The tool is very easy to use and the Ziflow team can support you in setting up everything before you start to use it. Ziflow Team is amazing, very quick to respond to our questions, and helps us to deliver the best results to our clients. I really recommend Ziflow as a proof review tool for any kind of company.
- You can add all kind of image files (jpeg, png, tiff), also videos, and live websites to give feedback to your dev team before launch.
- Very easy to use and add feedbacks/comments
- Great support team with quick responses
- Sometimes it can be overwhelming when it comes to setting up the account
- Notifications is always something that can be work on it, because its not easy to find it and also set up
- the interface has a lot of space to get a better approach

The simple process of how Ziflow works make our job easier in getting clients' feedback and approval. We have set up all the stages we need during our proof validation process and it makes our team more productive and faster.
By having workflow templates that allow you to streamline future work, also, Comments/annotations can be clearer with the various text annotation tags. Version history and comparison are strong with the product. Obviously being able to compare it to previous versions in the same workflow is great, but if needed, you can open up another workflow and do the comparison with a wholly other workflows.

it's really easy for everyone to mark up the proofs with their comments and changes. It's also easy to see & reply to other users' comments and see who has reviewed proofs (even for people that aren't tech-savvy). We can add the legal and product teams to review assets and it means it's really easy for us to refer back to an asset if an issue ever arises.
