As our creative team has transitioned to operate in a remote environment due to the pandemic, Ziflow has helped us continue to collaborate on complex projects and streamline the review process. Whether we're working with our internal teams or with our clients, Ziflow allows us to effectively capture feedback in a way that is easy to use and understand.

In a company that works collaboratively with both internal departments and the external clients we serve, the feedback and review process can become extremely complicated without a streamlined tool like Ziflow. With this platform, we're able to keep projects on track by assigning reviews to the appropriate stakeholders and attaching deadlines in order to keep the work moving.
Ziflow has given us a single place to compile all feedback and recommendations from multiple stakeholders. The ability to collaborate in the platform with individuals both inside and outside of our organization has been instrumental in executing our projects. I can quickly see the status of a project and know what needs to happen next.

I find Ziflow to be an improvement from when our organization used Workfront proofing tool for the same type of projects. Workfront was fine for copy documents, but was not as conducive to visual/creative work such as videos, infographics, audio, web pages, emails, etc. I would recommend Ziflow for these types of projects.
