Overall Satisfaction with Ziflow

We use Ziflow as an artwork review tool. Once a marketing asset is created, it routes through the various teams (art, copy, editorial, account) until the artwork is approved internally then it goes to the client for approval.

- Made it simpler and saves the teams time
- Provided a version history of edits/feedback that we can revert back to
- Allows everyone to be on the same page accross teams
- Our workforce is mostly remote so using Ziflow is a convenient way for us to collaborate online
- Things get done in a timely manner with the help of notification features (including email pings)
- The ability to collaborate and communicate in the relevant document is very important
- We can get detailed within jobs without needing to describe too much as the visual we are speaking to is present

The only other review tool i have used is ProofHQ
- Ziflow is very similar to ProofHQ. There are minor difference between the two but they accomplish the same goal.
- Ziflow may do a better job of allowing users to collaborate on an asset
- Proof may do a better job of organization of routes and files on the back end
Good scenario: Marketing dept. or studios reviewing artwork offline and collaborating. Also, keep a record of this collaboration and version history. Bad scenario: Using as an official record-keeping service/cloud storage service
