Great choice for creative agencies looking to level up their creative review process

Our content team works as an extended creative agency for our multiple partners. Before Ziflow, each partner would have their own feedback processes which were often convoluted and confusing. In switching to Ziflow, we've been able to streamline our workflow between our team and our partners and as such it's been a time saver and allowed us to resolve revisions more clearly and effectively.

While our team specifically uses Ziflow for external creative review/approval, we are excited to onboard this tool for internal review cycles in the future. The ability to name cycles within the review workflow will be helpful and allow us to get a bird's eye view of where everything stands in the approval process.

Our overall content review and approval process have definitely improved since using Ziflow. A project manager has the ability to review all feedback and label it "TO DO" for our designers/editors who can then reference all changes and resolve comments. We never miss any revisions thanks to these features.
