Overall Satisfaction with Ziflow
Due to the pandemic, we are now a virtual company. Having Ziflow has ensured that we can deliver marketing and creative projects on time and without errors. Our marketing material has multiple reviewers both internally and externally from suppliers. Ziflow has helped us to capture all feedback and additionally provides an audit trail for accountability.
- Many other solutions are available, but Ziflow is a must for online proofing and approval.
- The automated workflows (Zibots) first drew my attention to Ziflow after using a competitor.
- Ziflow concentrates on the critical aspect of proofing rather that trying to sell you other add-on systems
- The only feature I miss from the previous system is the conditional forms. These were useful to limit the attributes based on projects.
- Export and import of contacts would be a great additional feature, rather than having to set up contacts manually.
- Our workflow for proofing externally has been streamlined as Ziflow allows workflows to be changed without uploading a new proof. The time saved soon adds up to over 400+ pages.
- Through the use of Zibots and Dropbox integration, Ziflow has improved efficiency 100% while uploading first proofs.
The biggest improvement from our previous proofing system is the Ziflow 'Zibots' feature where we can automate the upload of first proofs and also assign a pre-configured workflow. This has more than halved the time it takes to set up a project and we can ensure that proofs are routed to the correct reviewers. I'm sure there are more features to be discovered in the area that could help us.
Being a virtual company since Zilfow was implemented, it's essential that we have clear communication about proofing decisions. Ziflow has allowed us to both projects manage our proofing workflow both and have an audit trail of revisions. This is essential when involving third-party organizations and supplied artwork.

I decided to migrate to Ziflow from Workfront Proof as I was trying to be sold add-on features that we didn't need. We are mainly concerned with the proofing element and that's where Ziflow specializes. Our migration was simple and Ziflow was very easy to understand from a UI perspective.
