Overall Satisfaction with Ziflow

We make marketing, brand identity, social media, and web design for our clients. We use Ziflow to send to the clients for proofing and reviewing all the things that needs their approval such as social media graphics, logo studies, landing page mock-ups, web design mock-ups, print collaterals, among other things.

  • versioning
  • putting a resolved toggle on the comments of the proof
  • the overall UI can do a little facelift
  • integrations with softwares such as adobe and Figma
  • efficiency
  • time saved
  • increased content output
  • fast turnaround
It makes the review process much easier and faster since all you need to do is upload the file, send it to the client, and wait for the feedback. And getting those feedback visually and directly on the content is such a time saver!

Ziflow is definitely best suited for sending proofs to clients especially in materials that needs visual reference to easily determine what needs to be changed and corrected. It can definitely save you tons of time, instead of going back and forth in reading the comments from an email to make sure you've understood the what needs to be done, you can just easily view those comments in the proof here in Ziflow.
