Overall Satisfaction with ZipRecruiter
The ads make it sound like they give u great leads and if you pay the prem you get even better candidates. I posted a need for a builder, a person with construction experience. What do I get for 24 bucks a DAY!!!! Pizza delivery drivers! Worst service EVER!!! And the rep will not take my calls or return my emails! I could hardly get anyone to help me cancel. I will continue to report these people because my God I need a qualified person that’s why I put my job on their site and what did I get less money in my bank account, that’s what I got!

Oh, God, no match ziprec is a huge 0 no help, took my money, rep won’t return calls or emails, such a waste of time. At least with Indeed I got what I paid for. I thought I would try this since I kept hearing the ads but what a waste!
