Customer service from Zix has been excellent. I've contacted them by phone and e-mail. An email from Zix was sent to another email provider, and I wanted to make sure it had been delivered correctly. As far as the Zix admin portal is concerned, this email was sent around 45 days ago. It took the Support Team under two hours to respond.
We used to be customers of Virtru, but we found that their feature set was neither nearly as comprehensive nor as user-friendly as Zix's. In addition, we acquired Cisco Ironport but struggled with getting it configured properly. The interface was outdated and difficult to use, and the process to set it up required three phone conversations with professionals. The Zix interface, although not being the most aesthetically pleasing, was simple to manage.
