Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Books

Zoho Books is used as our administration software. We use it for invoicing, recurring invoices, payment reminders, financial statements and reporting, income records, and all of our expenses for all areas. We have one organization in Zoho Books that encompasses all income and expenditure of all departments. We decided to use Zoho Books to have correct management, recording, and reporting of the admin department and provide an accurate snapshot of the company's financial health.

  • Limitations for raw materials/finished product if transformation in the transformation.
  • Complexity in advanced custom reporting.
  • Great accountability per department.
  • Our admin and finance teams are now better managed.
I believe it is way easier to use, has more robust features, seamless integration with other Zoho apps like CRM, Projects, etc. is super useful and has saved a lot of time. Streamlining this process has been easy, and the end result is better reporting, improved decision making and management, as well as automation. We had a hard time managing all the features we needed with alternatives. Overall, great value for money.
Comprehensive and easy to use, it is great for service industries or nontransformative industries (production of goods). It is also great for resellers of products. It offers excellent tracking and relation form quote to SO, PO, invoice, billing. accounts receivable, accounts payable are very quickly identified and offer great automation for payment reminders as well as payment gateway integrations.
