Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

Zoho CRM makes the entire Lead to Sale conversion easier with such mapped and comprehensive data. Easy customizations, reporting structure everything else is just an add-on. By far have used Salesforce as well, though Zoho CRM is the best of all.

IT Sales and Services are easy to scale up with good CRMs, Zoho is particularly one of them. The automation and integration with custom tools make the work easier.
