Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

We utilize Zoho CRM as part of the larger Zoho One suite of services. It is a highly customizable platform that allows you to capture the data you want and cut out all of the "fluff" that you don't want (but comes with nearly every CRM). In addition, the larger Zoho One ecosystem gives an immense value, including CRM, social media management, calendar scheduling, webinar hosting, invoicing, online chat, and 20+ other SaaS solutions together for the same cost as a typical CRM.

  • Sync across Zoho platforms can be slow
  • Too many support tickets need to be escalated rather than fixed on the spot
  • Increasing team cohesion with all data in one tool
We've used lots of CRMs. Next to Salesforce, this is the most customizable. And when you add up all of Salesforce's add-on costs, Zoho is a MUCH MUCH more cost-effective solution.
It allows team members to see each other's notes, attachments, and emails for each client.

Well suited if you are looking for a customizable all-in-one solution. Not as good of a fit if you want an "out of the box" solution that you don't want to customize.
