Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Zoho CRM Plus for franchise lead management. We get an influx of people inquiring about our franchise, and without this software, it would be impossible to manage. We have Zoho linked to our lead generation site, so we have been able to greatly automate communication.

Support is pretty good. All CS seems to be in India, and techs are usually very knowledgeable and eager to help you problem solve.
