Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are implementing Zoho in a business to manage the sales function and expect to extend this across four other sites in the near future. It is a business selling retirement village and aged care accommodation. Currently, it is used in the sales team and at the executive level as their key CRM/reporting tool as to sales progress in the current village.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Simple to use
Good ability to customise
Sales IQ is excellent
Integration with Outlook / Gmail is a great bonus

Cons

Some areas in automation are difficult for a new user that is implementing the system
Workflows and blueprints are a little challenging

Return on Investment

Can't gauge right now as too early, but anticipate ROI will be very good.

Alternatives Considered

Copper (formerly ProsperWorks)

I can't tell yet, but suspect the Sales IQ function is better. It appears more intuitive than Copper at the moment.
