Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM Plus
We are implementing Zoho in a business to manage the sales function and expect to extend this across four other sites in the near future. It is a business selling retirement village and aged care accommodation. Currently, it is used in the sales team and at the executive level as their key CRM/reporting tool as to sales progress in the current village.
- Simple to use
- Good ability to customise
- Sales IQ is excellent
- Integration with Outlook / Gmail is a great bonus
- Some areas in automation are difficult for a new user that is implementing the system
- Workflows and blueprints are a little challenging
- Can't gauge right now as too early, but anticipate ROI will be very good.
