Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM Plus

We are implementing Zoho in a business to manage the sales function and expect to extend this across four other sites in the near future. It is a business selling retirement village and aged care accommodation. Currently, it is used in the sales team and at the executive level as their key CRM/reporting tool as to sales progress in the current village.

Pros

  • Simple to use
  • Good ability to customise
  • Sales IQ is excellent
  • Integration with Outlook / Gmail is a great bonus

Cons

  • Some areas in automation are difficult for a new user that is implementing the system
  • Workflows and blueprints are a little challenging
  • Can't gauge right now as too early, but anticipate ROI will be very good.
  • Copper (formerly ProsperWorks)
I can't tell yet, but suspect the Sales IQ function is better. It appears more intuitive than Copper at the moment.
