Tech Support hold times are incredibly short. The support staff is product-specifically knowledgeable. They always have senior-level support for tough questions. They fix bugs incredibly fast. They have industry-specific User Groups, to address Zoho products in numerous verticals.

I would almost give Zoho a 10, but there's never been a perfect product, so rating a 9 will keep them on their toes.
Zoho performs well in sales & marketing environments and is certainly more price-competitive than many of the better-known competitors, based in California. The latitude for customization for each company (without having to engage an outside professional services firm) is unparalleled. Tech support hold times are very reasonable and there is a plethora of training available on the internet. Zoho is the largest company no one in the U.S. has ever heard of. They are tuned into their customers.

Evaluating Zoho CRM Plus and Competitors

Yes - Sugar CRM.
We replaced for some of the following reasons:
1. Price
2. Availability of Tech Support
3. Third-party integration
4. Breadth of Product Suite

Hands down more price competitive than Sugar CRM, Salesforce and a host of proprietary Real Estate CRMs. End-user customization by employees

No, we have a very technical internal group that communicates with Zoho when needed.
Zoho created a nation-wide User Group, just for Real Estate-related companies which use Zoho products. On a monthly basis, they bring in application-specific SME's to listen and update the group.
