Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Recruit
Zoho is currently being evaluated for utilization in our recruitment division. Once the product is evaluated there we will also evaluate it for use in business development and operations. Overall the product currently helps us track candidates, their licensure, the ability to work and the ongoing communication with our potential candidates.
- Parsing seems to be very effective and accurate.
- Costs are well documented and are reasonable.
- Zoho provides good customer support when needed.
- Fields are able to be modified as needed.
- Integration with Outlook, e-mail and templates seems to be a bit clunky.
- Templates are not as easy to use as we would like.
- The ability to flow chart fields (parent, child) not included (that I am aware) on this product.
- Using templates seems to be harder than it should - but - overall the impact on our business has been positive.
- Having one area to store candidate information is excellent.
- The ROI on the product should be excellent once we have it implemented fully!
I have used both Bullhorn CRM and Zoho. Both are very good products. However, the price point for Zoho is much less than that of Bullhorn. That being said you don't have all the support or customization options in Zoho that we had in Bullhorn. In this case - since we simply needed a product to track candidate interactions, interviews and organize notes across the company we ended up going with Zoho.
