Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Survey
We have used Zoho Survey to do customer and user surveys on a case-by-case basis. It is flexible and easy to create surveys. We have found it to be cost-effective and works well on both desktop and mobile and integrates within the entire Zoho suite quite nicely. It may not have the name recognition of other products like SurveyMonkey, but overall, stacks up very well and we have found it to be more cost-effective.
Pros
- Creating customised surveys
- A/B testing of concepts, voting on product designs and logos
- Live tracking and communicating of survey results
Cons
- It can be a little "clunky" if you are not experienced in how Zoho Products work
- The pricing is a little harder to grasp than other products
- Customization is not as flexible as some other products out there
- We have been able to get effective feedback from existing contacts in a timely fashion
- We have done live time-restricted surveys with a one-use link that have worked well
- The reporting and results tracking is good
We went with Zoho Survey largely because we use other Zoho products. I did try SurveyMonkey and actually found it a little overwhelming in terms of how much customization you could do with it. Once back with Zoho Survey, having used other Zoho products, I was more comfortable with the way it worked (although Zoho's UI does have its quirks to get used to). Recommended for Zoho Users especially.
