Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are making calls to the customers and receiving calls from them to solve their problems and to keep them happy. We address many customer's problems during the calls.

I think Zoiper is a huge help to our company needs. Without it, we wouldn't be able to provide such a quick customer support by phone.
At times, it's hard to hear people through Zoiper. So, we have to ask customers the same questions multiple times.

Usability

Zoiper is only useable for making calls to phone numbers or receiving them. I don't see Zoiper being useful in any other way/

Alternatives Considered

Skype for Business and now part of Microsoft Teams

We just find Zoiper to be the most easiest to use for our needs. It doesn't compare to any other app/program.

Zoiper is great for phone calls
