Overall Satisfaction with Zoiper

We are making calls to the customers and receiving calls from them to solve their problems and to keep them happy. We address many customer's problems during the calls.

Pros

  • Easy to use, easy to understand
  • Clean UI, nothing extra
  • Quality of the calls

Cons

  • Ring volume slider
  • A feature to change a ring sound
  • Sound quality
  • Volume equalizer
  • I think Zoiper is a huge help to our company needs. Without it, we wouldn't be able to provide such a quick customer support by phone.
  • At times, it's hard to hear people through Zoiper. So, we have to ask customers the same questions multiple times.
Zoiper is only useable for making calls to phone numbers or receiving them. I don't see Zoiper being useful in any other way/
We just find Zoiper to be the most easiest to use for our needs. It doesn't compare to any other app/program.

The best way to use it is to make calls to the customer's numbers or to receive calls from them. I think the oddest way to use it is to make calls to your colleagues.
