Overall Satisfaction with Zoom

We use Zoom for all of our customer facing conferencing interactions. It is used by all members of our business development team from the CEO down to the SDRs. We interact with customers dozens of times a day, and having a reliable conferencing tool that is flexible enough for different rooms, lines, countries etc., is important.

  • Easy to log in
  • Customers seem to enjoy using it
  • Have to install software on computer first time
  • Would be useful to have more than one personal room link
  • Can't set things like 'no video'
  • Reduced issues around conferencing
  • Increased reliability when on calls
  • No more incidences of wrong people calling into a meeting
We used to use UberConference which didn't have video and wasn't customizable in the way that Zoom is for our team. It's just a more professional experience when interacting with customers and that for me is what is more valuable when using a tool like Zoom for customer calls and conferences.
It's great if you interact with a number of different customers and need a private 'room' for each. With conference lines you run the risk of someone calling in while you are using it. With Zoom this doesn't happen so you can rest assured only those invited will have access to the conference.
