Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
Zoom is used across our team and has been a super simple solution to complex support issues and virtual meetings. It is easy to use, forces all users to download the applet so passing presenter role, etc., is really easy. There is a permanent link you can send to all your meeting attendees every time.

No, I do not use Zoom rooms. I would be interested in learning more though!
The main difference and why Zoom has been the best fit for our team is the ability to pass the presenter role to anyone in attendance and they can share their screen without having to go through an elaborate download and re-entry process like essentially all their competitors. Google Hangouts is the closest but their consistency doesn't match that of Zoom. It's been a great service.
