Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
We use Zoom across the whole organization. It has been a very useful conference call tool since we have teams in US and in China. Always works flawlessly.
- Easy Connection.
- Clear Sound for multiple people.
- Easy to share screen.
- Would be great if it was easier to chat with internal team members already using the same email address, on call or off call.
- Conference call rooms should have a nickname so easier to remember (other than numbers).
- It helped our team to connect with each other and also with partners.
Love the feature and gets others to use quickly.
Skype sucks. Uber Conference sucks doesn't work internationally. GotoMeeting is very confusing, not user friendly.
