Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
Zoom is being used by some of our consultants to run screen sharing services for our clients. We use it to address the challenge that all of our clients are remote.
- Easy set up, meeting sharing, and call-in.
- Easy participant/host management.
- Fast.
- Good recording capabilities.
- Screen sharing toolbar is bulky and obtrusive.
- Defaulting meetings to have the camera on can be surprising for clients and hosts.
- Would appreciate a web-only interface for participants.
- Zoom has helped us achieve cost savings, as it's definitely an affordable tool.
