Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
I use it to conduct video meetings and training sessions with my clients using the both the remote control functions and video screen sharing functions of the software.
Pros
- Video Meetings, easy to use, lots of options
- Ability to use custom backdrops via a "green screen"
- Quick easy meetings, either scheduled or on the fly
Cons
- Remote Control of other computers for doing remote support seems like a bit of an afterthought
- Achieved cost savings of previous software used (GoToMeeting)
We used to use GoToMeeting, but Zoom is less expensive, easier to use and has more featured for less money.
