Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
The entire staff in my department has been properly and effectively instructed in how to utilize Zoom to its fullest capacity. Zoom is a diversified site in which 2 or more staff members can communicate and at the same time produce positive results therefore successfully achieving their ultimate goal. My department has never used such a method in one site. They can and do now with Zoom.
Pros
- Bring everyone together at the same time
- provide privacy when needed
- allow the host control and designation over the meeting
- provide effective results at a low cost
Cons
- I don't like the fact that a host can intervene or read the private messages between 2 attendees.
- It has networked the system for me to the point where it's basically sold itself/
I use Zoom several times a week and always feel like there's so much for me to learn.
Zoom is a leader in cam to cam interactions.
