Overall Satisfaction with Zoom

We use zoom as our communication tool for our company's book club. It was really fun and simple to use. A great way to bring coworkers together.

  • Great way to support team inclusion
  • Works on mobile and desktops: anyone with an internet connection can use it.
Zoom is a lot easier to use compared to the other software mentioned.
I would recommend zoom professionally as well as personally. Zoom wouldn't be best suited in a chatty dimly lit coffee shop. Works best if used in a well lit quiet area.

Evaluating Zoom and Competitors

Yes - We replaced Skype for Business with Zoom, not everyone was able to attend the meetings, especially if out of the office.
