Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
Zoom is used by our entire organization. So far since Zoom's enterprise-wide implementation, there have been minimal issues. Most issues tend to be the result of user-error. Zoom provides an easy-to-use conferencing capability to any individual who wants to host a multi-user conference with both internal and external participants.
- High quality audio and video calling
- Easy to set up any type of hardware
- Mobile app is top class
- Some sort of master volume compressor to keep all participants at the same volume level
- Zoom has made working remote for our team much easier
- Improved collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
