Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
We use it for any calls with customers, prospects or internally when people are on the road. Additionally, we use it for meetings to have a video component. Lastly, we use it to record conversations for future reference so we can go back listen to anything important that we may have missed.

- Sometimes starting a meeting has to happen and otherwise, it doesn't, this may be a bug that needs to be fixed
- Recordings aren't always where I thought
- Video isn't always perfect quality

Nope
They all do similar things and serve their purpose. Zoom is a little easier to use and has a mobile app which is definitely nice to have.
